This interview with Italian philosopher Emanuele Coccia revisits key problems of his thought, with particular attention to the imagination, Averroism, sensation, political theology, and anthropology. The occasion for this conversation was Coccia's recent English translation of Sensible Life (2016), a book that decisively expands his notion of mediality of the sensible as to reimage the concept of life. The interview also deals with a wide range of topics, such as the arrangement of the modern university as well as Coccia's most recent work on modern publicity and advertisement and the immersion of the lives of plants.
