Siobhan Senier is professor of English and coordinator of the Women’s Studies Program at the University of New Hampshire. She is the editor of Dawnland Voices: An Anthology of Writing from Indigenous New England (2014) and author of Voices of Assimilation and Resistance: Helen Hunt Jackson, Sarah Winnemucca, and Victoria Howard (2001).
