Lynching Photographs: A Collector’s Reflection
James Alien is a collector of the largest and most comprehensive photographs of lynching and artifacts related to African Americans for civil rights and justice in the South. He organized the famous traveling exhibition Without Sanctuary based on his collection. He lives in Atlanta, Georgia
