OLU OGUIBE is a poet, critic and artist. He obtained his Ph.D at SOAS, University of London. He has won several awards and distinctions as a scholar and writer, and has lectured in universities and institutions across Europe and America. He is the arts and culture editor of Africa World Review and currently teaches Critical Theory at Goldsmiths College, London. He lives in London
