Eric Lindstrom is professor of English at the University of Vermont. He is author of Romantic Fiat (2011) and Jane Austen and Other Minds (2022) and editor of two special journal issues: “Stanley Cavell and the Event of Romanticism” (Romantic Circles Praxis Series, 2014) and “Ostensive Moments in the Romantic Arts” (Essays in Romanticism, 2023). He is finishing a book project on the modern American poet James Schuyler.
