yu-fang cho has recently received her Ph.D. in Literature from the University of California, San Diego, and is currently Assistant Professor of English and Women's Studies at Miami University of Ohio. Her current project examines the ways in which marriage functions as a racializing institution in late nineteenth-century U.S. national and imperial cultures of women's reform.
