“Act Where There Are No Charters”: The Labor and Politics of Care

JOCELYN OLCOTT is professor of history and gender, sexuality, and feminist studies at Duke University and the director of an international, interdisciplinary research network, Revaluing Care in the Global Economy. She is the author of Revolutionary Women in Postrevolutionary Mexico (2005) and International Women's Year: The Greatest Consciousness-Raising Event in History (2017). She is currently working on an intellectual history of the field of feminist economics from the Global South.
