Drawing on multiple disciplinary trajectories, the eight articles included in the spring 2018 issue of the Journal of Korean Studies explore topics related to education, multiculturalism, neoliberalism, conservation, sexuality, gender, labor, subempire, consumption, commuter networks, and domestic space. We look forward to the fall 2018 thematic issue, “Science and Literature in North and South Korea,” guest edited by Dafna Zur (Stanford University) and Chris Hanscom (University of California, Los Angeles).
