Even as my editorship of JHPPL draws to a close, I know there will be time to thank all those who helped me get six volumes worth of issues to press. Nonetheless, given his central role in the creation of this special issue, I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Peter Jacobson for his work as Associate Editor of Health Law for the past six years. Peter was an editor's dream: always willing to help out in a pinch, even in realms not directly related to health law. And on the point of “health law,” this special issue makes clear that JHPPL might need to change that title to Associate Editor for Health and Public Health Law.
