El pensamiento de la CEPAL Open Access

This is an excellent collection of statements on various topics by Raúl Prebisch or the Economic Commission for Latin America. It is useful in bringing together things published as early as 1951 and as late as 1966. The only new material is a good introductory summary which shows relationships among the themes which run through these distinctive writings. One who is interested in an uncluttered presentation of ECLA views or a handy reference for quotes from ECLA will find this to be an extremely useful document.
