American Foreign Policy: Current Documents, 1966

For a general description of this series see HAHR, November 1967, pp. 620-21. In the 1966 volume the section on Latin America contains a committee draft of extensive proposals for amendments to the Charter of the OAS; a ministerial review covering the first five years of the Alliance for Progress; a report on the operations of the InterAmerican Development Bank; and many policy statements, especially on the Alliance for Progress and on Cuba. Like other volumes in the series this one is a little like a country store— if it has what you need, fine, but its stock is limited.
