Guillermo Francovich, the distinguished Bolivian writer and critic, has here produced a simpático little booklet of three Bolivian poets. They are Gregorio Reynolds (1882), Franz Tamayo (1879) and Ricardo Jaimes Freyre (1868). There is no direct relationship among these different poets except that all three are of great credit to Bolivian letters. Francovich, stationed with UNESCO in Havana before Castro, delivered several lectures about them which are now available in print. This study is a useful addition to works in Latin American literature.
