roberto di stefano received a licentiate in history from the University of Buenos Aires in 1991 and a doctorate in religious history from the University of Bologna in 1998. He is an independent research scholar at the Consejo Nacional de Investigaciones Científicas y Técnicas de la Argentina (CONICET) and the Institute of Argentine and American History “Dr. Emilio Ravignani” at the University of Buenos Aires. He is also professor of general social history in the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Buenos Aires and a member of the Post-Graduate Committee on History at the University of San Andrés.
