Abstract
A generation after the Supreme Court’s landmark ruling in United States v. Booker changed federal sentencing laws and practices, it is remarkable how much and how little has changed. This brief introduction provides an overview to this issue of the Federal Sentencing Reporter, with an array of authors providing perspectives on Booker after two eventful decades.
