David Delaney is the author of Race, Place and the Law (University of Texas Press, 1998), Law and Nature (Cambridge University Press, 2003), Territory: A Short Introduction (Blackwell, 2005), The Spatial, the Legal and the Pragmatics of World-Making: Nomospheric Investigations (Routledge, 2010), and the co-editor, with Nicholas Blomley and Richard T. Ford, of the Legal Geographies Reader (Blackwell, 2001). He is a senior lecturer in the Department of Law, Jurisprudence and Social Thought at Amherst College.
