Matthew Boyd Goldie is associate professor of English at Rider University. His research and teaching interests include medieval literature, post-colonial literature, and memory. He is the editor of Middle English Literature: A Historical Sourcebook (Blackwell 2003) and the author of articles on medieval literature and of poetry.
