Emily Setina is a visiting instructor of English at Davidson College and a doctoral candidate at Yale University. She is writing a dissertation about photography and identity in modernist literature, with particular focus on the writing of Marcel Proust, Virginia Woolf, Gertrude Stein, and Marianne Moore.
