This is a partial list of interviewees. In some cases, interviewees asked not to be identified. In other cases, the identities of interviewees have been concealed in order to protect their safety. There are also a large number of people with whom I spoke repeatedly at the School of the Americas and in Bolivia, Colombia, Honduras, Columbus, Georgia, and Washington, D.C., but never formally interviewed. I have not included their names, as our exchanges took place during the activities in which I participated over the course of the research period.
