The conclusion narrows in on an ice phenomenon on a scale of small ice geographies to introduce forms of ice theorizing as not only sweeping and universalizing. In staying attentive to one form of ice—hair ice—the conclusion offers that the life cycle and situatedness of hair ice provides routes into thinking about ice, race, and indigeneity that can embody and invite political forms of softness, minorness, and cute.
