The conclusion returns to the questions with which the book began: What do we make of human rights as tools of struggle against capitalist extraction and its constitutive violences? What do we make of human rights as an expression of ethical commitment or of solidarity with others? It puts forward ten theses on the basis of the discussion in the foregoing chapters, insisting on the need to refuse the blackmail of deciding for or against human rights. Instead, we must attend to the politics and ethics of struggle.
